Just a 45-minute drive from Dolgoch Mill Cottages, discover Dinas Head – one of our favourite circular walks along the magnificent Welsh coast.

This trail offers a captivating mix of scenery: rugged cliffs, hidden bays, rocky outcrops, and panoramic vistas. Keep your eyes peeled for wildlife – dolphins, seals, and various birds are frequent visitors depending on the season.

Allow yourself a couple of hours to fully immerse yourself in the beauty of the surroundings. The majority of the walk follows the coastline until you reach Cwm-yr-Eglwys, a charming spot perfect for a refreshing ice cream break.

The return journey is a relaxing 10-minute stroll across scenic countryside, leading you back to the starting point and the conveniently located Old Sailor pub. Savour a delicious meal and a cool drink on the outdoor patio – the perfect way to end your coastal adventure!
